Caroling

On the second Sunday before Christmas many of our members gather at the church to share the good news of our Lord’s birth with others. We car pool to the homes of our shut-ins and to area nursing homes.  It is always a blessing to see the faces of those we visit light up as we share Christmas carols with them. We always end with the singing of “Silent NIght,” a favorite of everyone, leaving them with warm hearts and renewed spirit, knowing that Christ the Savior is born. Following our visits we usually gather for fine food and fellowship before returning to our homes.
