All are invited to join after worship for refreshments and a one-hour movie of the commemoration of the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation.  This DVD is narrated by Rick Steves, famed European travel and guidebook expert.  The one-hour video will guide its viewers through the events leading up to the Protestant Reformation, with a focus on Martin Luther’s role.  It was filmed on location in Germany and Rome, and it is chock full of information as to how we Lutherans originated. Prior to viewing the DVD, people will be able to enjoy some easy summer refreshments:  cookies, lemonade, and a “make your own sundae” ice cream station (complete with toppings).  Everyone is invited, and admission (and the refreshments) are FREE.
